What kind of personal data do we handle?
If you request our services, we will process the personal data you share with us. If you are a self-
employed person, the personal data will usually include your name, surname, ID No., email and
phone number. If you request our services on behalf of a company, the data will include the
company ID No., name of the company, email and phone number. In both cases, the data will also
include your requests/inquiries concerning our services or other information you provide to us in our
communication or cooperation. Why?
- we use the data to contact you to arrange further steps,
- if you decide to use our services and become our partner, we will use the information to
communicate with you,
- on the basis of the data, we can provide you with our services as a part of our contractual
relationship,
- we use the data to prove the fulfilment of our statutory or contractual obligations.
If you do not request our services or you are not partners and only visit our Website, you can check
our Cookies tab to find out how we process the information we collect on the basis of your visit.
How long do we process the data for, and on what basis?
If we establish our cooperation, we will process the above data for a period of ten years from the end
of the provision of our service to meet the statutory requirements (in particular, concerning taxes
and accounting – in the case of paid cooperation, this mainly involves billing information) and we will
also process the data (in particular, contact details) for the period of our contractual cooperation.
Such processing is based on legal regulations and the fulfilment of our contractual obligations. At the
same time, we will archive the data because of our legitimate interest in archiving the relevant
documentation concerning our contractual relationship (e.g. in the event of future disputes).
We will process your data for a period of ten years from the date on which the contractual
relationship between us is terminated.
If we do not establish cooperation, we can process your data for a period of six months from our last
communication at the latest. Such handling of data is possible because of contractual negotiations.
If you subscribe to our services and do not opt out when submitting your contact details, we will
send a newsletter to your email address. This is permitted on the basis of the Information Society
Services Act and legitimate interests. However, you can opt out of the newsletter at any time. We
will include your contact details in the newsletter database for two years from when our service was
last provided, unless you opt in for a longer period.
What allows us to do so?
All the handling of the data described above is possible because of the GDPR.
